How do I pay?
We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. If you don’t have one of these cards send us an email at support@collegeflavor.com and we’ll try to work something out.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes. We have expanded our shipping to Canada, the UK, and Australia. If you would like us to ship you one of our products somewhere else, please send us an email at support@collegeflavor.com and we'll try to work something out.
Can I exchange a Shirt if it doesn’t fit?
We will exchange unworn and unwashed shirts for a $6.00 re-shipping fee per shirt. Please email support@collegeflavor.com if you wish to exchange.
What if the Poster comes damaged?
If your poster arrives damaged, notify us at support@collegeflavor.com and be sure to save the poster as we will need you to send it back to us before we can send you another one.
What size t-shirt is best for me?
Our guys shirts are pretty standard relaxed fit sizing. A girl could also wear a smaller size of these. The girls shirts are printed on HYP and Bella shirts which are girls cut, but not excessively tight. They are an excellent fit and style.
How Long will my order take to arrive?
Orders usually ship within 48 hours. However, orders for the customizable shirts (where you pick your own color) will require between 4-7 days to ship. All orders are shipped either Standard Ground (USPS First Class Mail), Fed Ex 2Day, or Overnight. Overnight orders should arrive by the afternoon of the next day, Fed Ex 2Day orders take two days depending on when the order is placed, and Standard Ground take anywhere from 2-7 days to arrive in the Continental US. International orders will take a little longer depending on where they're going.
If I have a shirt idea, can I send it to you?
Absolutely! If you think you have a great idea or preferably a list of great ideas, send them to us at support@collegeflavor.com and we’ll check them out. If we like any of them, we'll pay you $100 for each design idea that we use. If you send us a finished product, we'll send you between $150 and $200.
Do you sell your shirts wholesale?
We do. Retailers can contact us about pricing at support@collegeflavor.com. Please include your contact information, name of the company you own/represent and the type of merchandise you sell.
